This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you use aandes.in or buy from us. It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000, its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data we collect
- Account and contact details: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Delivery and billing details: addresses, and for business accounts, business name, GSTIN and business address.

- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

- To prevent fraud, secure our website and improve our products and services.

We share only what is needed with trusted partners who process it on our behalf:
- Payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payments and refunds.
- Courier and logistics partners (Shiprocket and its couriers) to deliver and return parcels.

Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. Invoices and order records are kept for the period required by GST and tax laws, generally 8 years.
