These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aandes.in and every purchase made on it. Aandes (aandes.in) is a brand of Natural Food Global Export, a proprietorship of Anuj Kumar, GSTIN 07JWAPK9647E1Z6, 910–911, 9th Floor, A-9 Northex ITL Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi, Delhi 110034. References to "we", "us" or "Aandes" mean Natural Food Global Export; "you" means the user or buyer. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate details; we may suspend accounts that give false information or misuse the website.
Business (B2B) accounts
Business pricing is available only to businesses verified with a valid GSTIN. A business price applies when the minimum quantity shown for that product is ordered. We may approve, reject or withdraw business pricing at our discretion. Business orders are invoiced with your GSTIN for input tax credit.
Products and information
We describe and photograph products as accurately as possible. Natural products can vary slightly in colour, size and taste between harvests. Our products contain or are processed in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts and seeds; please check labels if you have allergies.
Prices and taxes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Retail prices include GST unless stated otherwise; business prices may be shown excluding GST, with GST added at checkout.
- Shipping, express and COD charges are shown at checkout before payment.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing errors, unserviceable addresses or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid. A minimum order value may apply and is shown in the cart.
Payments
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay), and cash on delivery where available. Payments are processed securely by the gateway; we do not store card details. If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically, usually within 5–7 business days.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Aandes name, logo, product photos, designs and website content belong to Natural Food Global Export and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no unlawful activity, attempts to gain unauthorised access, automated scraping, fake orders, or posting abusive or misleading reviews.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue amicably.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
